Background and Objective：In an AI era where digital technology permeates all aspects of life, the creation of a global identity framework represents a pivotal advancement in protecting and promoting human rights as enshrined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This side event aims to foster a constructive dialogue on developing a world identity strategy that leverages digital technology to enhance human rights protections, bridge physical and digital worlds, and govern non-human identity.
